Section 01: Equipment scope
We publish scope and selection criteria, not fabricated inventory. Model identity, capacities and availability are confirmed per enquiry against manufacturer documentation.
Section 02: Where it has to work
The same pallet weight behaves differently in a freezer, a fulfilment peak and a line-side buffer. These are the four environments our specification work covers.
Ambient storage, mixed pallet profiles, multi-shift operation
Storage density is added until the truck fleet, the aisle width or the pick rate becomes the constraint. Fixing one of those in isolation usually moves the bottleneck instead of removing it.
High order counts, small units, sharp seasonal peaks
Piece and case picking dominate, and peak throughput can be several times the annual average. Equipment specified to the average fails in the peak week.
Temperature-controlled rooms, condensation, restricted access
Low temperature affects batteries, hydraulics, operators and steel behaviour. Equipment chosen for an ambient warehouse rarely performs the same way inside a cold store.
Production lines, work-in-progress buffers, mixed load types
Material handling has to match takt time and line-side space, and awkward or non-palletised loads are the norm rather than the exception.

No capacity, dimension, throughput or power figure appears on this site or in a quotation unless it comes from the manufacturer's documentation for the exact configuration offered.
We are an independent distributor. We make no dealership, exclusivity or certified-service-centre claims, and we do not display manufacturer marks to borrow credibility.
Availability and lead times are stated per enquiry, on the basis given to us at that time, and are never presented as a live inventory count.
No fleet counts, uptime percentages, response-time promises or client logos. What we can evidence, we will put in writing to you directly.
Section 04: After the handover

Send the make, model and serial identification from the equipment plate and we will identify the correct part against manufacturer references. We do not publish part numbers or compatibility tables, because a plate reading is the only reliable starting point.

Planned maintenance, inspection support and repair work are arranged through our service coordination, with the scope, competency and coverage confirmed in writing before work is agreed. Coverage varies by equipment type and location.
