What this website collects
The pages on this site do not require an account and do not run advertising or social tracking scripts. Fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
The technical brief form
The quotation form runs entirely in your browser. It assembles the text of your brief and hands it to your own email client, and the form does not transmit anything to us by itself. We only receive your information if you choose to send that email.
What we ask for and why
Equipment and site information so we can answer accurately, plus a name and work email so we can reply. We do not ask for financial details, identification documents or personal information unrelated to the enquiry.
How enquiry information is used
To prepare a response, to obtain manufacturer documentation or supplier pricing where needed for your requirement, and to keep a record of what was quoted and on what basis. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to support the quotation, any resulting supply, and our record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete correspondence that is no longer needed for those purposes.
Your requests
Write to enquiries@loadframe.com to ask what we hold about an enquiry, to correct it, or to request deletion. Your statutory rights depend on your jurisdiction; we make no claim to certification under any particular data-protection framework.
