Request for quotation

Technical brief

Eight technical fields and one contact route. Leave anything blank that you do not yet know, and establishing those answers is part of the specification work, and a brief with gaps is more useful to us than a brief with guesses in it.

What this is

A request for quotation and information. Submitting it places no order, reserves no equipment and confirms no availability, price or lead time. We reply in writing with the basis for every figure we give.

Data we ask for

Site conditions and one work contact. We do not ask for financial information, purchase order data or personal details beyond what is needed to answer you. See privacy.

Part 01: The requirement
Part 02: Technical conditions
Part 03: Where to send the response

Submitting assembles your brief and opens it in your email client addressed to rfq@loadframe.com, so nothing leaves your device until you send it. If your device has no email client set up, copy the assembled brief instead.
