These questions are worked through with you before any equipment is proposed. The answers are recorded so the specification can be audited later.

What is the top beam level?
Lift height at the top pick determines mast selection, and residual capacity at that height is the number that matters, not capacity at ground level.

How narrow is the aisle, measured?
Working aisle width is confirmed on site with load dimensions included, then checked against the manufacturer's stated aisle requirement.

How is the pick organised?
Pallet picking, case picking or piece picking changes the truck class entirely and affects racking and staging design alongside it.

What is the floor like?
Flatness, joints and floor loading limits affect high-lift stability and may require a floor survey before specification.
