Service

Support arranged in writing

Service work is coordinated case by case. Before anything is agreed, you receive the scope, who is performing the work, the competency basis for it, what is excluded, and where coverage applies. We do not advertise a response time or a territory we have not committed to you specifically.

Scope

What can be arranged

Planned maintenance

Scheduled servicing at intervals set by the manufacturer's requirements and your duty cycle, with the work carried out to the manufacturer's procedures.

Inspection support

Coordination of statutory and periodic inspection obligations applicable to your equipment and jurisdiction, carried out by a competent person.

Repair and rectification

Diagnosis and repair scoped against manufacturer documentation, with parts identified from the equipment plate.

Installation and commissioning

For storage systems, conveying and dock equipment supplied through us, including handover documentation and load notices where applicable.

Availability of each item above depends on equipment type, location and current capacity, and is confirmed per request. Nothing on this page constitutes a service level commitment.

Limits

Stated plainly, because it matters more here than anywhere

No 24/7 or response-time claim
We do not advertise emergency cover or a response window. Where urgent attendance is possible, it is agreed with you at the time.
No certified service centre claim
We hold no manufacturer service authorisation and do not present ourselves as a certified centre for any brand.
No warranty invented by us
Warranty terms are the manufacturer's or the supplier's. We pass them on as written and do not add coverage of our own.
Manufacturer documentation governs
Where anything here conflicts with the manufacturer's manual for your equipment, the manual applies.
