Safety note
What equipment selection cannot replace
Specification advice supports a purchasing decision. It does not substitute for manufacturer instructions, operator training or statutory inspection.

Manufacturer documentation governs operation
Operating limits, permitted attachments, inspection intervals and maintenance procedures come from the manufacturer's manual for the specific equipment. Where anything on this site appears to conflict with that documentation, the documentation applies.
Operators must be trained and authorised
Powered handling equipment should only be operated by people trained for that equipment class and authorised by their employer, with refresher training and familiarisation for site-specific conditions.
Isolation and maintenance are qualified work
Maintenance, mast work and hydraulic or battery work require competent technicians and correct isolation procedures. Nothing published here is a maintenance instruction.
Inspection obligations continue after purchase
Lifting equipment and storage installations are subject to inspection regimes in most jurisdictions. Confirm the requirements applicable to your site with a competent person and keep the records.
